How long does it takes to dispatch the order?

We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website. Orders for “Made To Order” items will be shipped as specified on the relevant product page.

What about orders placed on pre-booking or restock?

Pre-booked orders will usually be shipped on or just before the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the product page.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Pret - 2 Weeks 
Luxury Pret - 4 Weeks 
Made To Order - 8 to 12 Weeks 

What happens if I am not home and I miss delivery?

The courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will also contact you to arrange delivery. After three attempts it will be returned to us.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking information from us by email, which you can use to track your order. You can also track your order on our WhatsApp.
